Reaching a pivotal age can bring a new set of difficulties and experiences, which can be overwhelming for both the person and their families. So that’s where our Now I’m 16 and Now I’m 18 Workshops come into play.

We will sit down with you, and anyone else you would like to include, and plan out how to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Our team is dedicated to providing you with personalised sessions, using their lived and professional experience to inform and guide you.

These sessions are available in person at our Woombye office or online.
The workshops are claimable through your NDIS funding at a rate of $77.00 per hour.
