What We Do
P2P is an NDIS registered Plan Management provider that cares about making a difference in the lives of people with a disability and their families. We are experienced and have been managing funding packages well before the NDIS.
As a not for profit our fee for service work funds our projects and advocacy work to provide more opportunities for people with a disability.
We offer PATH planning for participants and families which can be used as part of NDIS funding and plan reviews.
We:
- Believe that everyone deserves a PATH to a bright and inclusive future.
- Are accountable to, and represent our members and those who use our services.
- Support inclusion and diversity for people with disabilities.
- Represent people who are often not given the opportunity to have their voice heard.
- Are guided by the experiences that our families and people with a disability share with us
Loud and Clear QLD
Loud and Clear QLD is a friendship and support network for people with intellectual disability.
Members of Loud and Clear inspire inclusive communities through self advocacy. The group meets monthly and events run throughout the year .
