P2P’s Board of Directors guides our organisation with deep values and a commitment to the belief that parents are best supported by parents with lived experience. The Board sets our strategic direction, ensures we stay true to our Mission and Vision, and oversees our operations, compliance, and sustainability. Together, our board members working toward a Queensland where people with intellectual disabilities and their families are truly supported.
Eric Greentree, President
Eric serves as Chair of the Parent to Parent Board, bringing a lifetime of leadership, compassion, and dedication to supporting people with intellectual disability and their families.
With many years as a school Principal, Eric led programs to include and support students with disabilities, inspiring his long-standing commitment to advocacy and empowerment.
Introduced to P2P through mutual connections, Eric joined the Board and went on to become President. He has proudly held the role for over seven years, contributing both expertise and heart to advancing P2P’s vision.
“My goal is simple: to make a difference in people’s lives, not to fix, but to empower them in meaningful ways,” says Eric.
Outside of P2P, Eric enjoys golf, gardening, playing guitar, restoring historic cars, and spending time with close friends who share his commitment to community service.
Catherine Seton, Secretary
Catherine joined the Parent to Parent Board in 2018 and has served as Secretary since 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors in Australia, including her role as HR Director for APAC at Palladium.
She is passionate about inclusion, empowerment, and ensuring that people are treated with respect and dignity.
Catherine’s expertise in organisational culture, people, and performance informs her work on the Board, where she supports P2P’s goal to deliver trusted, family-centred services for people with intellectual disabilities.
Her vision is for P2P to remain a self-sustaining, values-driven organisation that continues to foster opportunity, optimism, and inclusion.
Jan Bell, Treasurer
Jan has served as Treasurer of Parent to Parent since 2005, bringing a rare blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and unwavering commitment to families of people with disabilities.
A trailblazer in IT during the 1970s, Jan raised two daughters with complex disabilities, being a passionate advocate, researcher, and connector for families facing similar journeys.
Jan’s connection to P2P began when she started volunteering, eventually joining the Board. Her experience in technology, quality assurance, and operational leadership complemented her personal insights, enabling her to guide P2P with precision, empathy, and a values-driven approach.
“I’m passionate about ensuring families have the support they need and that P2P continues to fill the gaps in services for people with intellectual disability,” says Jan.
Jan continues to inspire through her resilience, compassion, and dedication, ensuring that P2P remains a lifeline and a thriving community for families across Queensland.
Suzanne Campbell, Board Member
Sue Campbell, a founding member of Parent to Parent, has served on the Board since 2006. Her connection to P2P is deeply personal, inspired by her lived experience as a parent to her son, Scott.
Sue’s focus is to ensure people with disabilities and their families have equal rights, respect, and opportunities. Sue has volunteered extensively with P2P, running workshops and training sessions to support families.
Even after retiring from her paid role, she continues her community involvement through hospital volunteering, handmade gifts for patients, and local groups such as the Red Hat Ladies and Partners of Veterans Association.
“My goal is simple: to ensure families and individuals with disabilities are supported, respected, and empowered to live their best lives,” says Sue.
Sue’s unwavering commitment to equality, advocacy, and community engagement makes her an invaluable member of the Board and a passionate champion for inclusion.
Kevin Reilly, Board Member
Kevin brings extensive expertise in senior management across public service, commercial businesses, and the aged and disability services sectors to the Parent to Parent Board. Having joined as a Board member after an operational and leadership role within P2P, Kevin focuses on strengthening the organisation’s advocacy, strategic growth, and responsiveness to the needs of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
With deep knowledge of the NDIS, disability providers, and community services, Kevin ensures P2P remains a trusted, up-to-date resource for families navigating the system. His commitment is to champion fairness, equity, and opportunity for all.
“I’m passionate about helping families achieve their goals and ensuring P2P continues to be a trusted, empowering presence in the disability community,” says Kevin.
Outside of P2P, Kevin enjoys renovating his wife’s family home in Inverell, NSW, a hands-on project that reflects his dedication, attention to detail, and love for building something meaningful.
Michael Hawes, Board Member
Mick brings deep personal insight, business experience, and a strong commitment to supporting people with disability and their families to the Parent to Parent Board. His focus is on fostering inclusion, connection, and empowerment within the community.
Motivated by his family’s lived experience, including his daughter’s diagnosis of Rett Syndrome, Mick has volunteered extensively with organisations such as Disabled Surfing Australia, the Currimundi Special School P&C, and the Island Charity Swim, contributing to governance, event management, and community initiatives.
“I’m passionate about helping families feel supported and connected, and ensuring people with disability have equal opportunities to thrive,” says Mick.
Mick manages CivilMart Precast Concrete. Outside work, he enjoys boating, sailing, fishing, and waterskiing with his family.
Loretta Kreet, Board Member
Loretta rejoins the Board in 2025, bringing extensive experience in law, governance, and consumer advocacy to support the organisation’s mission. Loretta’s knowledge of corporate governance, NDIS appeals, and community advocacy strengthens P2P’s strategic guidance and decision-making.
Her professional career includes leadership roles as Principal Lawyer at Legal Aid Qld, Director at the Credit and Investment Ombudsman, and advisory positions with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, ACCAN, and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
Combined with her lived experience as a parent, Loretta’s insight is invaluable to ensure P2P delivers high-quality, family-centred support.
“I’m excited to rejoin the Board and use my experience to help families navigate the NDIS and access the support they need,” says Loretta.
Loretta hosts Lunching with Lawyers, a podcast exploring legal careers and experiences.
