P2P and the NDIS
For 21 years P2P has been at the forefront of making change with and for people with disabilities and their families in QLD. Even with the introduction of the NDIS, there is still much to champion for, and issues and ideas from our communities need representation.
In order to continue to do the unfunded work of the Association, we have formalised our services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for independent support coordination and financial plan management, as well as our PATH futures planning. By engaging P2P for these NDIS services we are partnering with each other in our futures.
Your NDIS plan. Your Way
So you have your NDIS plan and it’s been a long time in the making. What next?
Time to implement your plan and work towards your goals.
The P2P team understands the pressure this puts on people especially the changing dynamics of the parent/carer and adult-child relationship.
Get in touch to talk about more than the NDIS – talk about the exciting adventures your child wants to explore leaving high school, who will make a great flatmate when they move out, or more serious topics of how to plan for a safe and fun future without you.
We’ve been there before the NDIS, and we see you, in your world, and the challenging times putting in place planning, and preparing you emotionally, for the opportunities the NDIS offers people with a disability and your family.

Who we work with
“After being contacted by the Local Area Coordinator to set up our daughter’s first plan review we felt the meeting should be held with an experienced NDIA planner due to the significant change in her circumstances. After having difficulty getting to speak to the right person in NDIA we sought the assistance of P2P. Jodi, through her knowledge of the NDIA and contacts, made representations on our behalf. This resulted in a great outcome as we were quickly contacted by NDIA to arrange the review meeting. Thanks Jodi and P2P.”David, a parent from Brisbane
