Introducing the new Planability Plan Management App

Parent to Parent is excited to announce the new Planability app has launched.

The Planability App will allow Participants, Carers, and Support Coordinators to view live plan information and approve or reject invoices easily using a mobile device. 

You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Use your Planability username and password to log in and you will be asked to set a simple PIN for future secure access.

What features does the App have?

The Planability App includes most of the features you can already access in your browser. 

  • Monitor Live Spending: Keep track of budgets in real-time.
  • Track Service Agreements: Stay informed of service agreements effortlessly. 
  • Receive Plan Notifications: Get app notifications if a plan is ending, or if a new carer or support coordinator is associated with your plan.
  • Review, Approve, or Reject Claims: Receive a notification when a claim is ready for approval, review the details and invoice, and approve or reject in the app.
  • Monthly Statements: Receive detailed summaries to stay informed on spending.
  • Manage Profiles: Easily update email address, 2FA security preferences, and notification alerts.
