Our dedicated Plan Management team offers personalised hour-long sessions at just $77 per hour, claimable through your NDIS funding (standard session is 1 hour plus 20 minutes of non face to face support). 

Sessions are available to anyone who would like to improve their understanding of the NDIS.

Understanding your NDIS Plan

This 1 on 1 session will go through your NDIS plan in detail and look at the supports and categories that have been included in your plan.

We will discuss your goals and the funding categories in your plan, to give you a better understanding of how you can engage in supports to meet your goals.

Find out more about how to find service providers and learn tips for working well with providers, working through negotiations and conflicts.

In this session we will spend some time determining what type of support you are looking for and how to go about finding providers to suit your support needs.

We will also share resources on working with providers more effectively to give you the best chance at getting the support you need.

Budgeting Tools and Tips

This session on budgeting tools and tips will help provide essential assistance in helping you manage your NDIS funding effectively. Budgeting tools can help individuals and their support networks plan, track, and allocate NDIS funds for various categories like core supports, capacity building, and more. 

These tools offer a user-friendly way to ensure financial resources are utilized to meet specific disability-related needs, improving financial stability and achieving desired outcomes.

In this session we will discuss different aspects of your plan from categories to reviews and how to best utilise your funding available within your plan.

Home and Living

If you are thinking about moving out of home, supported independent living or even home modifications but don’t know where to start, a 1 on 1 Home and Living skills session will benefit you. This session typically will run for 1.5 hours.
 
We will explore the different types of Home and Living funding available to NDIS participants. 
 
The session will cover:
– types of home and living options and their criteria
– tips for requesting Home & Living funding including the evidence required
– what happens next 
– resources and tools – including the evidence form and tools for finding providers
