October is shaping up to be a busy month for the P2P Sunshine Coast team!
We’re excited to share that our Brainstorm Creative Workshops are back this month, running on Friday, 3 October and Friday, 17 October. These workshops are all about exploring ideas, problem-solving together, and sparking creativity in a supportive space. They’re a fantastic opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and discover new ways of thinking.
Our team is thrilled to be part of the Loud and Clear Conference on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 October. This annual event is one of the biggest celebrations of advocacy, inclusion, and the power of lived experience. It brings together people with disability, families, and supporters for two days of valuable guest speakers, come and try activities, performances, and connection.
At the same time, our team is busy delivering PATH planning sessions throughout October. PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) is one of the most engaging and person-centred planning tools we use to help people, families and organisations imagine their goals and take practical steps toward achieving them.
It’s wonderful to see people coming together – whether in a creative brainstorm, at a statewide conference, or through a PATH journey – to build confidence, community, and new possibilities for the future.
Loud and Clear Conference
Our team will also be heading to the Loud and Clear Conference on Thursday, 9 October and Friday, 10 October.
This event is Queensland’s biggest all-abilities conference, celebrating advocacy, voices, and choices. We look forward to connecting with so many people from across the state.
