Why this request is appropriate

Future funding is not automatically available.

The NDIA says funding from a future funding period generally cannot be brought forward.

The plan manager cannot change the plan.

A participant can ask the NDIA whether a variation, reassessment or exceptional response is available.

Claims must remain within period limits.

The Act prevents payment where the applicable funding-period amount would be exceeded.
