The theme of this year’s Disability Action Week is accessible communication.
This is an important topic for the plan management team, as it is essential that we can communicate with our participants in a way that is easy to understand. The NDIS has many complicated topics and rules that are always changing, and ensuring that everyone can confidently understand the information can be challenging.
We are always open to feedback and suggestions on ways that we can improve our communication.
There are some different tools and information resources to cover a range of topics that can be used by our participants, their families, and support providers.
These include;

- Easy read forms andservice agreements
- P2P Planability platform and app
- 1 on 1 skills sessions with a plan manager
- Free advocacy clinic
You can also contact P2P to let us know how you like to be communicated with, for example, do you prefer to receive phone calls from us about important updates, or do you like to be given information by email. Maybe you would like us to share certain information with a key support person.
We will try our best to make sure we can communicate with you in a way that works best.
