Reaching a pivotal age can bring a new set of difficulties and experiences, which can be overwhelming for both the person and their families. So that’s where our Now I’m 16 and Now I’m 18 skills sessions can assist you.

We will sit with you, and anyone else you would like to include, and go through each step, at your pace, answering your questions along the way.

Our team is dedicated to providing you with a personalised experience, using their lived and professional experiences to inform and guide you.

These sessions are available in person* or online.

The workshops are claimable through your NDIS funding at a rate of $77.00 per hour.
