Turning 18 is a big milestone. Suddenly there are new freedoms, new responsibilities, and a whole lot of decisions to make. Whether it’s opening your first bank account, understanding your rights, or figuring out relationships and work, becoming an adult can feel both exciting and overwhelming.
The good news? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
“Now I’m Becoming an Adult” brings together everything you need to know about this important transition. Previously offered as two separate programs – “Now I’m 16” and “Now I’m 18” – we’ve combined these into one comprehensive program that supports young people with a disability aged 16-18 and their families.
Because the journey to independence doesn’t happen overnight – it’s something you can start preparing for and building towards.
