P2P Housing

Project Silver

Our latest initiative, Project Silver, aims to increase awareness, engage with prospective home buyers and influence the building industry on the merits, advantages & ease of living that a Livable Housing Australia (LHA) “Silver Level” home brings to the people of all ages and abilities who live there. Project Silver combines the professionalism and expertise of P2P Housing and Murphy Homes, hoping to be the catalyst for a greater adoption of LHA Silver Level homes being constructed on the Sunshine Coast and further afield.

LHA Silver Level homes have seven core elements, focusing on the key structural and spatial features that ensure future flexibility and adaptability of your home. Building a home this way from the outset is cost effective and smart to address modifications that may be required over time. A small investment now could save you thousands in years to come. Why wouldn’t you?
