In her professional role as HR Director for APAC at Palladium, an international development organisation, Catherine focuses on strategies that enhance organisational culture, people, and performance. Her work aims to ensure employees feel valued and supported, using innovative HR practices and technology to drive meaningful change. Catherine’s belief is simple yet powerful: when employees thrive, they create transformative impacts in the communities they serve, improving lives where it matters most.
Since joining the P2P Board in 2018, Catherine has extended her passion for empowerment and inclusion to support people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Her vision for P2P is for it to become a self-sustaining organisation and remain a trusted resource for people with intellectual disabilities, recognised for fostering respect, dignity, and optimism. Catherine’s leadership reflects her unwavering dedication to building safer, more supportive communities.
Catherine finds her happiest moments when spending time with her three adult children—Jesse, Tom, and Georgie—and her partner, Dion. She loves the thrill of rock climbing, the serenity of hiking, and the occasional escape into a gripping psychological thriller.
Catherine’s warmth, commitment, and can-do attitude make her an incredible advocate for inclusion and empowerment and an irreplaceable part of the P2P family.
