Catherine Seton started her working career at University Qld before moving to University of Western Australia. Catherine founded the Australian Women’s Mentoring Network in 2004 which facilitated professional and personal development through inspiration, connecting, and sharing of information.

Catherine brings this work and a series of Consultancy roles over 20 years in the public and private sector in Australia, UK, the Pacific and SE Asia to her role as Secretary.

Catherine thrives on working with CEO’s and leaders to optimise performance through leadership strategy.

As a successful leader herself, Catherine is a valued member of the Parent to Parent Board.

Having joined the Board in 2018, Catherine moved into the role of Secretary in 2020.
