Join us for a supportive workshop designed for people with intellectual disability, people who are neurodivergent, or people with learning difficulties.

This interactive session is all about building confidence in a safe, supportive space. Together, we’ll explore what confidence looks like, sounds like, and feels like for each of us, and practice skills to help us express ourselves clearly and honestly.
