Ian is a full-time property investor, consultant, advisor and Australia’s leading micro apartment, rooming house and boarding house specialist and author of “Small is the New Big”.
With 7 worldwide patents on sustainability and wastewater treatment and sitting on the Board of the Future Housing Taskforce, Ian is helping to decrease the cost of housing and reducing the increased pressure on government assisted housing. In this position, Ian has the opportunity to alter minister’s perceptions at different levels and provide advice on how to use space correctly and efficiently.
